    These are the questions I can answer from the legal page, the status API, and the patch notes. Each one links to a longer page. If a line says I do not know, I did not find the sentence in those sources on 21 October 2026.

    Does PokéBonk have an app?

    No. The legal page says it is not distributed as a download or in app stores. Play in your browser at pokebonk.com.

    Do I need an invite code?

    Not to play. inviteOnly was false on 21 October 2026. XXXX-XXXX codes register an account and come from Discord.

    Accounts, codes and social features
    Can I play with a friend in the same run?

    No co-op or PvP is documented in v0.7.10. Friends, clans and leaderboards exist, but do not create a shared run.

    Will I lose my progress?

    Guest accounts unused for 60 consecutive days are deleted. Patch 0.5.7 says a refresh should restore the current run. This does not establish a universal cross-device save guarantee.

    Why is it lagging?

    Reduce your own attack effects and other graphical settings, then check the official status API for maintenance.

    Is it free?

    Yes. The legal page says no ads, no in-app purchases, and no donations inside the game.
