Can You Play PokéBonk With Friends?

The checked v0.7.10 client documents registered-player friends, clans, mail and leaderboards. It does not document a shared-run co-op or PvP mode. Those account features let players compare progress, but are not evidence of a multiplayer lobby.

What you can do together

Create an account with email or Discord. Friends are for registered players. Since 0.5.7 you can look at your build and at another trainer’s build. Leaderboards cover kills, a per-Pokémon board, survival time, and time attack, plus weekly and season cuts.

A clan starts at 30 seats. Each expansion adds 10 seats and costs Stardust, up to 100. At season end, members inside the top 50 share Stardust. I do not have the create-clan price, so I am not printing one.

Invite codes are not room codes

The pattern XXXX-XXXX is an account registration code handed out on the official Discord. On 21 October 2026 the status API said registration.inviteOnly was false, which matches the v0.7.8 change that dropped the gate. You can play without a code. A code does not open a lobby.

No co-op release date is claimed here. A roadmap claim needs an archived first-party announcement; a third-party retelling is not evidence that a shared-run feature has shipped.
