PokéBonk Controls

I pulled the default map from the client instead of redrawing it from a video. Every action can be rebound under Settings, Keys. The 0.5.7 notes say gamepad buttons are included. If your layout does not match this table, you already changed it, or a later patch renamed a label I have not re-shot.

Keyboard defaults

Move with W A S D or the arrows. Space jumps. Shift dodges. E interacts and picks up. R is the Ultimate, and Y toggles auto Ultimate. Right click locks a target. Q aims. T is auto-walk for the current run only. M opens the big map. P pauses. F rerolls, X skips, and Z banishes.

Since 0.6.2 the middle mouse button and the side buttons can take any action. Auto-walk shows a HUD hint and cancels if you walk backward. The map key became rebindable in 0.6.1.

Gamepad and touch

Gamepad support for menus and the run started in 0.5.1. A 0.5.7 note says skipping a stage no longer mis-selects an upgrade on a pad. I do not have an official list of tested controllers, so I will not name one.

Touch uses a virtual stick and camera gestures, tightened in 0.5.7. The manifest sets orientation to landscape. I have not confirmed a separate touch button sheet inside 0.7.10, so I am not drawing one from memory.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change every key?

Yes. Settings, Keys, since 0.5.7, including gamepad buttons. Middle and side mouse buttons since 0.6.2.

Why does auto-walk stop?

It lasts one run, and walking backward cancels it. That behavior is from the 0.6.2 notes.
